The number of stories and roughly how big the house is.
What the gutters are made of now, if you know (aluminum, steel, vinyl, copper), and whether they are seamless or sectional.
Where water overflows, leaks or collects, and photos from the ground if you can take them.
Whether you want guards, new downspouts or drainage extensions included.
Whether fascia or soffit looks soft, stained or damaged.
Whether there is an insurance claim, your insurer's name and the adjuster's estimate if you have it.
HOA color rules, if your neighborhood has them.
Garages, shops or porches you want included.
